Ho scoperto dopo pochi mesi che anche il grande Bob Marley era proprietario di una SERIES! Una SERIES III per la precisione!
Da un anno la mia Landy è compagna inseparabile di allegre trasferte e questa galleria ne celebra gli spostamenti a servizio della musica.
Per la cronaca si tratta di un Defender del 1986 equipaggiato con motore V8 di derivazione Perkins con trasmissione a catena. Un gioiellino!
Il V8 con il suo inconfondibile sound sono protagonisti di un assolo registrato da Ronan Chris Murphy nel prossimo disco degli EXKGB. Il titolo della song? “THE DEFENDER”
In 2012 I’ve bought a 1986 Land Rover
Defender 110, since then my
Landy became my great tour car when I go and play gigs around Italy and eventually Europe with
Tunatones and
EXKGB.
Just to let you know, it’s a 1986 Defender 110 equipped with the gorgeous V8 engine.
After a few months I’ve also found out even Bob Marley was the owner of a Land Rover SERIES III!!!
This is definitely the musician’s car!
My V8 Land Rover became part of the upcoming new EXKGB album when record producer Ronan Chris Murphy and I decided to play a V8 solo on a new EXKGB song soon to be released … wondering the song title? “THE DEFENDER”
